Shipping Policy

Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders received before 3PM CST the day the order was received. Orders received after 3PM CST will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We offer standard and express shipping across the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available on select products and order values.  Standard delivery times typically range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery times typically range from 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We now offer shipping to select countries. Shipping rates, available countries and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing. Duties and taxes may be included at checkout or required upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided with your order. You can use this number to track your package’s progress online.

Shipping Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at orders@plungecrafters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
