We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product Specific Return Policies
Chillers
- The chiller must arrive in like-new condition without any cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, or scuffs.
- Water contact is allowed, but the unit must not show signs of wear, corrosion, residue, or improper installation.
- All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included in the return shipment.
- Returns that don’t follow these guidelines may be declined or subject to a restocking fee between 25% and 35%.
Cold Plunge Tubs
- Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for cold plunge tubs nor accessories that have been in contact with water. You can unpack the tub and see if it fits by sitting in it without water, and assess the materials and quality to ensure they meet your expectations.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Please note a 5% (9% if Truemed Order) cancelation fee will apply to all refunds. This is due to the non refundable payment provider fees we are charged.
Early Order Cancellations
In the event an order is cancelled before it is shipped, there will be a 5% (9% if Truemed Order) cancellation fee, due to non refundable payment provider fees on the transaction. Once the order is Shipped/Fulfilled canceling the entire order becomes impossible before items are returned to us. To cancel an order, please contact us.
