To begin, I was impressed with the customer service from day one, specifically when I spoke with a representative on the phone who promptly addressed and corrected the issue with the small pump being installed backwards. The hoses are of superior quality, unlike the inferior materials found in cheaper models, making this a worthwhile investment for those seeking durability and reliability.

This thing is awesome, I did the add ice rodeo for about a year and it worked, mostly. This device makes it clean and fresh with the help of an ozone generator all the time plus ice cold with no delay. I plunge whenever I want or need and I always get a brisk satisfactory experience, hands down has changed my plunging game!
This thing is huge. I’m 6’3 and husky. Plenty of room for me to completely submerge without squeezing. Seems durable too!
The chiller is great. Pretty easy to setup. I keep mytemp around 48-52. Very happy with its performance. Can definitely chill much lower.

Perfect cold plunge cover for my stock tank. People see it and think it’s a hot tub because of the cover! I’ve had it for about 8 months and it seems to be well made with durable materials. Definitely a must have to keep the tank clean and insulated from the top.
Works perfect for my situation, I have an indoor tank, easy installation and everything came with it, no need to run to the store looking for parts.
Plunge Crafters responded to a question I posted on a Cold Plunge DIY FB group about upgrading my cold plunge setup. They recommended a kit that added a full house filter, high flow Danner pump, ozone generator and 3/4" plumbing. Since it wasn't the setup Plunge Crafters was designed for, I needed to modify it to suit my Ice Barrel 500 and 1/2 HP chiller. Each time I reached out to Plunge Crafters for assistance they responded with answers and guidance immediately. I couldn't imagine attempting this on my own. I started plunging over a year ago. I started with the bargain̈ brand. It did work but, I also got what I paid for and it failed a couple months after the warranty expired. (I do dip daily)
Fast-forward to this month and my new Plunge Crafter chiller.
1) Clear concise instructions
2) Simple to program the unit
3) heavy duty "commercial" sound and feel.
This unit cost more however more bang for the buck!
