Active Aqua 1/3 HP All in One Outdoor Chiller Replacement Filter

This is the genuine Active Aqua replacement sediment filter for the Active Aqua 1/3 HP All in One Outdoor Chiller (model AACHO33HP). It catches the hair, dust, pollen, leaves and grit that find their way into an outdoor tub, so that debris stays in the filter instead of circulating through your chiller.

A dirty filter restricts flow. Less flow through the chiller means slower cool-down and a compressor that works harder to hold your set temperature. A clean filter keeps the built-in 800 GPH pump moving water the way it was designed to.

Rinse or Replace?

Rinse the filter with a garden hose when you notice flow dropping or the media turning dark. Replace it when rinsing no longer brings the flow back, the pleats are torn or flattened, or the media stays discolored after cleaning. How often that happens depends on how many people use the plunge, whether you keep it covered, and how much blows into it outdoors.

Plunge Crafters tip: Keep a second filter on hand. Swap in the clean one, rinse the dirty one, and let it dry completely before it goes back into rotation. Your plunge never sits without filtration while one is drying.

Compatibility

Fits the Active Aqua 1/3 HP All in One Outdoor Chiller (AACHO33HP) only. The Active Aqua 1/4 HP, 1/2 HP and 1 HP chillers do not have a built-in filter.
